I believe this is the building we are considering renting in Cowell, at Salazar Jack's Seaside Village. The entire build is beautiful, so it is difficult to choose one space over the others. If Lucy, Osprey and I agree and rent one of the buildings, we will have a great time fixing it up!
The cartoonist, Joe Heller, lives in Green Bay, Wisconsin, my home town; he works for the main newspaper, The Green Bay Press-Gazette, and his cartoons are syndicated, so I cannot post one here without violating his copyright, but his cartoon is the cartoon of the month at the Union of Concerned Scientists' website, and it is really great.
