She's Got Her Eye on You!

Osprey Third Eye

The inkjet print of Osprey's last self-portrait is attached to a small canvas, her skin and hair painted with acrylic, and then I put gel eye shapes in, and attached glass beads on her three eyes. I am not sure where it goes from here.

I am not a patient person by nature. Doing these parts of the process without seeing any immediate result, not to mention that I am not sure how these will turn out, is difficult, but I really want the effects, so damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead!

This layer will clear to a sort of glassy Green Gold, or so I hope. The painting is up on inverted paper cups over a plastic garbage bag that catches the drips.
