When I started on Weight Watchers, I did not know I had lipidema, which they say means I have fat on my legs that dieting and exercise will not remove. When I got the diagnosis, I decided to make my weight goal the very top of the healthy weight range set by WW. I have achieved that, and how much more I can lose is anybody's guess, but I am continuing to eat for weight loss. The holidays are challenging, but I am preparing for that. Now I have set my goal for what I would like to weigh, and when I get to that weight I may change the goal again, who knows? As long as I stay within the healthy weight range, it will be acceptable to Weight Watchers.
