I went to all the trouble of blurring the numbers on the graph, not noticing I was leaving my weight numbers clearly printed on the top. Yes, I am a Big Girl. Yes, I am losing weight at a healthy rate and moving toward my healthy weight goal, by avoiding sugars and starches; I eat meat, fish, eggs, green and leafy vegetables, and some berries. I also eat cheese, cream, and butter, plus olive oil.
