|B.K.S. Iyengar in Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand)|
Today I attended the Level 2 Iyengar yoga class and we did Halasana (above, left) and from there, raised our straight legs into Sarvangasana (above, right). The last time I tried to do that I could not get my legs up and had to have the teacher push my legs into the upright position. That was maybe a month ago, and today I DID IT ON MY OWN STEAM! YAY! I get a gold yoga star on my belly button!
