The Diving Bell and the Butterfly

I saw this film yesterday without knowing anything about its content. I found it by turns horrifying, funny and beautiful. I reviewed it here.

Does it have any robots in it?

Enjah, have you seen Babette's Feast? It has sisters, singing, and a magnificent feast at the end! It is worth owning if your local video provider doesn't have a copy to rent.

I saw the Sea Inside and found it a beautiful movie although it does go through to the part when the bedridden man commits (with a straw) suicide. I saw him as brave and yet very considerate of those who loved him.

I did a review of The Sea Inside on Sisters Book and Movie blog. I deliberately left the ending out of the review because I did not want to spoil the movie for those who have not seen it yet (how many could there be? I am probably the last person on the planet to view this movie). While I was watching I did not know if he would succeed in his quest or not. I think the way he arranged his assisted suicide was ingenious.

Yes, thank you, Young, I did see Babette's Feast many years ago. It was a delight.
